If you go into a walmart look for this
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...duct_id=896355. This is very easy to hook up inline with your rca's and will eliminate you whine noise. But you will still get the lines on your screen as it is caused by dirty power, so just power your screen from you computer's PSU.
