Dont quote me on this but I believe your IR port on the laptop will be LIRC and as far as I know the remote is NOT LIRC compatible. Having said that I have never tried it so give it a go.
My understanding of this remote is that the signalling was ON Digitals own standard but as I said in my previous post I have only had this working with the original interface.
I added a text file to the download with information on what I did to get this working so download it again if you dont have it.
Remember that this remote has two transmitters so most of the normal functions will probably work. The QWERTY section was the problem and that was why I released this file.
