Im have problems when installing the software/driver for my mp3car MTSVO-SC Touch Screen, The software installs fine but the touchscreen driver is not.
When installing the software/driver it says:

If you are trying to install the USB touch device, please make sure that your touch monitor or touch controller's USB cable is plugged into the computer now.
Please close the "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog when it pop-up.
So i plug the usb cable in, but no "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog pop-up appears???? & Windows keeps saying the device is unrecognized
I had the same problem when installing the software/driver on my old system but cannot remember how i fixed it.
Any help/advice/suggestions would be great.
