Targus and some other laptop accessory manufacturers make an auto/plane adapter. You could always buy one of those. They have a universal tip, that allow interchangeable tips for different laptop manufacturer's and models. You could pull up your center console, solder a new cigarette plug to the existing one, and tuck all of that underneath the console and just route the charging plug to wherever your laptop is.
