Also it says 65W.
The P1900 can power that.

Now this is where I get confused. Do I just run a power wire directly from the truck battery with inline fuse to the Carnetix P1900, like I do with my car audio amps? How do I connect the P1900 to this brick and power cord?
If you use the P1900, you don't use the power brick at all. The manual has the instructions for wiring the P1900.
Basically, you run a line to the battery, a line to ground, and a line to an ignition-controlled line.

And honestly even though I am going to go the extra mile when fabricating a custom dash or center console for the laptop, I really don't want to open up this laptop, since it is a media player for my home theatre as well.
Have you considered how you're going to turn on the laptop eavery time? That is the single biggest hurdle for laptop isntallations where the user.

I just want to be able to dock the laptop into console or dash with out modding it. As far a shut down and turning it on, yeah it would be great to do it with the ignition, but it isn't that important, because i will be taking it out of the vehicle most of the time. I just want to make sure that I don't screw the lcd and other hardware because of poor power supply.
Do you have a docking station for the laptop?
Is it a true docking station or a USB port replicator? USB port replicators are garbage, IMHO. They will not help you at all for what you want to accomplish.
