No I don't have a docking station for the laptop. In fact I am not even sure what to look for. I think the products I have seen at Best Buy are as you mentioned, "Useless." But I figured since this will be a custom console project, I would have to constuct my own way to dock the laptop, just not sure what to do. I just wanted a clearer picture of wiring for power and thank you for doing so.
But this is all down the road for me, as I am thinking of making a skin for winamp since RR doesn't want to co-operate with Vista. And possibly just customizing my desktop to replicate a front end feel by changing icons to look like buttons etc.
