The P-2140 does all this, although you will need to hook it up via USB to a Windows XP machine to configure it. OSX doesn't hybernate by default. You'll need to research Safe-sleep to get that going. Unless you're running boot-camp with WinXP.

Set JP1 to Pins 2 and 3.
Set JP5 to Pins 2 and 3 on the left jumper, 1 and 2 on the right jumper.
JP 2 and 4 are for secondary power. You'd want to set it to 12v when you hook up your monitor.
