hate to be a ballbuster, but over 150db in a trunk car? with the subs firing back?

can i ask what meter you used?

to the op: the type r's can handle 1000 watts each. Read around a bit a lot of people have been successful with 1000watts to the sub without problems, as longa s you aren't giving a clipped signal

Sundown has a great saz1500d amplifier.
