Hey David.
The scenario would be along the lines of purchasing a carPC setup from a wrecked vehicle, which they'll not be putting in their next car, thus not using the license they paid for.
Thus the question, as I would purchase from him (not for a profit) his license if applicable. Hopefully so *shrug*.
Edit: And also the PC would be slicked, fresh OS, no install of Centrafuse
