I'm using PC Navigator 7 and can't get it working in RR.

I'm using the new RR version with the Simplistique sking by LLOYDY.
My rr.ini looks like this:

When I click the GPS button nothing happens. I also tried the pcnavstart from dopehead but still got the same problem.
Does any one know how to fix this?
