M2-ATX Car PC 160W connector wires

Hi,
I lost the manuals and CD's for my car computer. I'm new to this and I'm in the process of installing my first car computer.
My question is on the M2-ATX power supply. I'm looking to identify the wires into the power supply from the car. I've worked out the constan live, ground and IGN wires, but there are a few more that I'm not sure about. I know one of them must be my remote connection to an AMP. I searched google and only found a manual for the actual power supply whcih maps the actual board. I've physically put the computer into the car (unwired), and I'm trying to avoid pulling it out. If I have to so be it...... Any suggestions help, would be welcome. I've attached a diagram
