If the cursor is sticking int he upper corner, I suggest losening the screw in that corner, as it's very possible that the bezel is pressing agains the touchscreen overlay in that corner, causing the behavior.

You can purchase a new overlay, but if you can fix it without shelling out extra bucks, it's worth a shot.

And in case it comes down to it, I believe that Digital Worldwide has a how-to guide for replacing a touchscreen overlay.
