I have had 4 or 5 of the below, and it's really not an option (it's a closed system, which includes a head unit that controls the main processor brain (heck, it even converts the FM/AM from up front to digital to pipe it to the back)).
The only input is a clarion (and McIntosh) specific optical input that needs to see a changer to work.
No real way of connecting in a CarPC to this bad boy (heck, even an Aux in is sort of a chore, involving finding a dead changer and hacking it to make it think it has a changer connected while an AUX In signal is connected).
