It all depends of the format of your phone I suppose, but trust me Pioneer don't normally know what their products can do. I was on the phone arguing with their helpline about the usb-100 losing its memory when powered down, they said it does that. Bull!!! It was wired wrong by my installer, has to be live always. So don't believe everything they say, might be right but could well be wrong. U could try it from crutchfield and if you have no luck send it back.
