Hey

I have a project when i have a piece of machinery when i would like
to monitor, track and control here are some inputs and output i think i will require.

3-12 Inputs it would be really nice if you had 120VAC inputs but i will have to find away around this.

when someone pushes a button the control system is 120VAC so it would
be great to branch off that line and go directly into the Fusion brain to count
and monitor the activity of the machine.

3-12 outputs thru the inputs i can set up events to trigger outputs to control the machine. Lets say if the machine was to be used 12 times/ hr
and someone runs it 25 times i could trigger a light to warn them or even cut power the circuit.

I could also you some of the sensor to measure the temp and other things as well.

all this can be date stamped and stored in the database to check over with the maintance team once a week or month.

I would also like to add cameras to the machine and feed them into the PC
and control them thru the fusion brain. I could store the stream for 12hrs every day and dump it if nothing happens. Up to 3 cameras i think.

then last i want to be able to remote monitor it from my desk which can be done fairly easily using Remote desktop.

SO the question is does it look do able with the fusion brain and is there any
info you think i am missing to start this project?

i know i am limited to 4 inputs on the fusion but we can link more if we have to
