yeah I knew the fan control wasn't a resistor and should have stated that my bad. Well I don't believe the temp switch uses a 'bowden cable' setup. I should have attached the wiring pictures for you to view earlier. The exploded view of the heater assembly shows that the inlet is actuator motor controled. Also waiting for you to make the "analog output add-on available to replicate it" isn't a problem. Thanks again for the help and the quick reply.
