Alright, I solved the issue on the SP13000! It was a driver issue. Now, for some reason when you go into the site for the motherboard type, it gives you a totally different southbridge then if you look on your motherboard. I took my computer out of the car to do some maintenance, looked on the board and compared it to the vinyl codecs. Downloaded the correct one, installed it and rebooted.
Went through the steps mentioned here, but I was still not getting the front speakers option for 5.1. Tested the outputs and I was only getting sound from the front and sub. Double clicked the vinyl icon in the taskbar and selected the each tab and noticed that one tab had an image of all outputs. The fronts and sub were correct but the line in was still at line in. Selecting a check mark to enable 5.1 changed it from line it to the rears. Now I'm getting sound from all ports.
Lesson learned, get the southbridge directly from the motherboard, get the correct vinyl codecs and you should be fine.
