I ordered a bezel and cable from him a few months ago, with an email. After three days I sent another email, after a week a third. After two weeks I filed a Paypal complaint and hey presto! Order status, shipping number, and thanks all sent within the hour.

I know the guy has a personal life, but it really isnt the way to run a business - if he didn't have the monopoly on spare parts I doubt I'd use him again.
