put it in the skin folder that you are using:
c:\Program Files\Road Runner\Skins\bmv2\gestures.bmp
Also ensure that you have this line in the rr.ini (in the root rr folder)
usegestures=true
Then just drag your finger across the screen to see your pretty new gestures logo
