Understand that these forums focus on vehicle PCs. Most of us would get a USB GPS receiver for a full-on PC as ooposed to a unit for a PDA.
I'm not knocking you or your plans or whatever. I'm saying that these forums are not the best source for the answers to your questions.
d0tech pointed you to a better source for information. The GPSPAssion forums are all about GPS units & software for multiple platforms. You're going to get more information in a shorter amount of time from more people with more opinions there than you will here.
I'm not saying don't ask here. I'm saying don't expect much in the way of helpful responses, simply because that isn't the focus of mp3car.com
