They are all compatible.
A few things that I see that you'll need:
- Installation stuff, namely power cabling. That's not too big a deal and can be purchased locally with ease. don't forget to fuse your power lines.
- A means of interfacing with your audio system in the vehicle. You made no mention of your audio system plans, so we can't offer up any suggestions for that.

Actually, it comes with an M2ATX.
Since it comes in the PC package, there is certainly no need to purchase a second one.
