Hmm... This worked on my desktop, I could now select the comport from a list but for some kind of reason it doesnt work on the laptop that I'm using in my car. They are both running WinXP.
Remove the 2 driver lines from settings.ini so it looks like so....
[Drivers]
[WorldClock_Zones]
And remove settings.dat
