if the cursor moves itself into the corner then the touchpanel is pressing against the screen bezel. this is very easy to fix and won't cost you anything!... you may be able to fix it just by pushing that corner in so that it's not pressing against the screen bezel. if that doesn't work then you'll have to open it up and loosen the screw that holds the screen in that corner.
