Yes, I tried to put all the tips that I've found so far on the first post :-)
But, I did not know I could update firmware of drive. I will check with Panasonic.
Also I have found an interesting tool that could help. A command propt device manager.

In case the problem is solved by power on when I need it I can solve that with my
8051 power controller. I just need some more hours on the clock :-) Trying to fix this now when its warm.
