If you have a Windows Bluetooth software installed, i.e. a "My Bluetooth Places", etc, it usually says somewhere in the local device properties pages. Also, a tool like USBView will usually give you a hint about the chipset in plain text. It definitely will give you a vendor id, which for CSR would be 0x0A12.
