Another resistive "steering wheel buttons" question.

OK so I have a 2006 Civic with the steering wheel controls, I have found the resistive wire in the radio loom(REMC -Pink), but it only shows resistance against the (REMG -Brown). I have tested the pink wire resistance against ground and I don't get any values. Will I still be able to use a voltage divider with this type of setup?

Here is the values I get from my meter on the 20k setting.
No buttons pressed: 9.94
Ch+ Pressed: 1.69
Ch- Pressed: .77
Vol+ Pressed: .36
Vol- Pressed: .10
Mode Pressed: 3.70

Could you help me out by giving the value of resisters I'll need to by?
