My buddy has a 700IDT and I can tell you its slightly wider than ISO DIN, by a millimeter or two. In his Subaru Outback, he's needed to trim his console bezel a bit to get it to fit. I tried to slide it into an ISO DIN bracket on my dash and it was rediculously tight. I guarantee it won't fit in one of those metal sleeves. But it does have threaded bolt holes in the sides for mounting, though I'm not sure of their locations.

I thought DIN was with the little sleeve that has the bendy tabs on the outside... You shove the ring in the slot and bend the little tabs out behind the dash to grip it...
I thought ISO-DIN was for that same size stereo that would fit in the sleeve, but has two bolts on the edge that attach a bracket. Bracket attaches to car... You don't use the sleeve.

I know the 1997-2001 Toyota Corolla is like this, as is the Honda Passport/Isuzu Rodeo... Maybe I should see IDT installations in these vehicles.
