Cool, I'll be looking for your thread with pictures! BTW, it's a 320W power supply and I cannot use the computer while the car is off (battery would probably drain in 10 minutes). So I have it setup to do a soft shut down about 10 seconds after I turn the engine off and turn on with ignition.
I want to have a lower power setup in the future, but for now, I just used my old desktop gaming rig, which is all I have. Radeon X850XT video card is overkill for a 7" carputer screen and probably sucks up 100 watts by itself.. but it's all I have.
