Motorized screens usually stick out a bit, so it definately does not look as neat and stock as a molded screen.

Ive taken apart my k301. Inside, it has metal gears and looks very solid and well built to me. But the opening/closing sequence does not feel as smooth as the new motorized xenarc, or the pioneer/alpines.
