OK so I've got my car pc hooked up and running some of the time. The thing is though it is only running about half the time. Here is basically what happens.

Scenario 1: I get in my car and start it. A few seconds later the computer turns on. Then the monitor kicks on and the BIOS screen shows up. Then the screen turns black as if it is starting to load windows. About five seconds later the monitor screen turns blue and says something like no input detected or something like that. The computer stays running the whole time my car does. After I shut the car off the computer shuts like it should.

Scenario 2: The next time I start my car the computer kicks on after a few seconds, this time the BIOS screen does not show up and after about five seconds windows starts in fact it is pretty much completely loaded and the computer runs perfect like it should.

It doesn't always follow this pattern but it typically does. What is going on here. I have tested it outside the car and it runs perfect every time. When I test it outside the car I use an old power supply and rig it up to the PS in the carputer to simulate a car so I don't think it is the power supply but I guess I'm not sure whats going on.
