Has anyone used the AMD Sempron 2100+ (fanless) with a TDP of 9W (Socket S1) processor ? [

I have found two designations for it:
- SDC2100HAX3CM on
CPU-world
- SMF2100HAX3DQE on
Wikipedia
It runs at 1000Mhz, has 128KB L1 cache and 256KB L2, and most interestingly has a TDP of 9W and is designed for passive cooling although active wouldn't be out of the question.
Basic searching has revealed a price of just under
$100USD but I havent found anywhere which actually has it in stock, nor have I found any place which has tested or reviewed it.
Has anyone here had a chance to play with it or know anything more about it than AMD's press release, the Wikipedia page or CPU-World page on it ?
