HELP!! Can't get Auzentech to work with Console for PC tuning.

Basically what I'm trying to do here is I want to take a stereo signal being output by the computer and split it 3/4-way out of a Auzentech X-plosion card. I've read the wiki for setting up this process by using Console, Frequency Allocator, etc. This card doesn't have ASIO drivers so I've downloaded ASIO4ALL drivers and the card shows up on ASIO4ALL...

After that, I proceed to Console and click AUDIO option. Then I click on AUDIO DEVICE tab then select ASIO for DRIVER TYPE then ASIO4ALL for DEVICE. After that I select the INTERNAL components...

For now, I just need to get this working. How can I split this signal coming from WAVE IN to 3/4 channels (I want to go 3 or 4 way active by using Frequency Allocator, EQ, etc)? When I just connect the outputs from WAVE IN to the first 2 inputs for WAVE OUT (Pic below), all I get is noise and nothing else.

When I apply a EQ in between, the noise gets EQ'ed but when I try to play music, the music playback doesn't seem to get effected. It seems as if the music playback is playing "over" Console and not being processed by Console. How do I take a simple signal being outputted by Windows and process it? I'm so confused and I've been trying to configure this for hours now. It's so frustrating!
