I'm going off of what he has here, but expanding on it. Hopefully it makes sense, I briefly tried it myself.

1) Install ASIO4ALL
2) Install VAC
3) Setup TWO cables, first one make it 2 channels the second one make it 8 channels. Open VAC control panel and set "NC" for 1...8 on cable 2 to make it 8 channels.
4) Open up ASIO4ALL control panel, go to advanced mode and enable both VAC1 and VAC2 (they should be green).
5) Open up Windows control panel and set Primary card as VAC1
6) Open up VAC's Audio Repeater app and set input for VAC2, output for your soundcard (auzentech). Set channel config to 6-8 channels depending on soundcard, wither use 7.1 or "custom" to do so, then press "start".
7) Open up Console and go to the "Audio" button.
8) Select "driver type" as ASIO
9) Select "Device" as ASIO4ALL
10) Click "Channel" and deactivate all VAC2 channels in the input side by clicking on it with the mouse and then go to the output side and deactivate VAC1 channels on the output side.
11) Now you should be ready to wire things up in console.
If this works or doesn't work please let me know, or make note of other steps you had to do to make it work. I would like to add this into the wiki for others.
