Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue with the visualizer initialization that could cause the application to crash at startup.
addressed the browser filter tray scaling issues.
browser filter tray will now change color with the rest of the interface
fixed a long standing issue where filters could only be dragged from the tray to the button bar. they may now be dragged in any way.
Changes: Browser filter tray is no longer a window of its own
Known Issues: browser filter tray scaling is not yet 100% accurate. should look fine on resolutions around 800x600
