not sure if a C7 is for you then...a few people on this forum have had problems with flash because it is very CPU intensive...so i dont think a VIA C7 processor is for you.
im doing some research for you....ill be back in a bit with a few options...CPU and Mobo under 200 is what im trying to shoot for...hopefully you know how to put a computer together
