I have some NEC nl10276bc12-02 6.3" panels with 3m Microtouch glass panel touchscreens that I can probably let go for $200 shipped. These are 1024x768 screens, so they look REALLY nice. They take VGA in for the display and serial for the touchscreen interface. The power input is 12v DC.
