ok, so i've read through the above posting, and thanks for pointing it out 'cause it got me seraching, and granturing many times and it's starting to come together but it seems to be written more towards somebody who knows what they're doing, so during more research i came across this website:
http://www.windowsdevcenter.com/pub/...ex.html?page=2
which simply walks me/you though the process, i sure do hope this works.
on a side note, on the last page of the guide i found it's pretty much exactly the same as the above text, hmmmmm
i am using this post as my aid:
http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/winn...ot-screen.html
i believe i am using the same DOS cd he used, when i type format c: /s it says invalid drive, or format not supported
i've tried using C insted of c aswell as not putting in /s
when i run fdisk it says my drive is C: and status is N
i don't really know what im doing but i hope i have conveyed the information
