And if the power is to low, your alarm will notice this and start to make strange noises (that happand to me with dsx12vd, 5 volt enabled), and if pulling that plug lowers it, than that amount is probably used by the alarm/ central locking system.
Yes, i have changed all the settings you suggested in a previous post regarding my dsatx settings. I have changed the 5v rail to go off (set 22 to 1) and know exactly what you mean if the battery goes low the alarm will make funny noises.
When i pull the fuse for my stock audio which also has the keyless entry tied into it. The alarm still works without this fuse except for the keyless entry, but would the keyless entry and alarm really use 0.17amps while the car is off? Maybe, since the alarm ties into the keyless entry for this fuse.
