Not really fair on some sellers.
No matter what you do, it is very difficult to please some customer. Now that the changes had taken place, some buyers are now taking advantage of it. "GIVE ME FREEBIES OR ILL NEG YOU." Some buyers love giving out neg without even contacting the seller first. To them if the seller send a broken item, wrong part, or whatever they immediately assume the seller is out there to scam and so give a neg without giving the seller a chance to resolve the problems.
In ebay sellers future relies heavily on the rating. Get bad DSR you get no discount, get negs or neutrals you can get kicked out. The other thing the non performance is based on 30 days now, get below 95% and you are out. If you dont sell alot per month, it only take one undeserve NEG and you be banned.
Its very easy to get rid of the competition too, get enough account and NEG the seller. I have seen this happend in the UK site already.
