Its very easy to get rid of the competition too, get enough account and NEG the seller. I have seen this happend in the UK site already.
If either of these happen you can contact Ebay and they'll remove the negative.

Customs Fraud
The buyer is requesting you to provide false information on a customs declaration form. Learn more
Report Another Problem
Get help with other eBay transaction problems or safety concerns.
So Ebay is trying to help sellers out now. It's not all gloom and doom.
