Here is a little flash timer I made for my skin. Only three functions. START, STOP and RESET.

Start command is "SETFLASHVAR;TIMER;1"
Stop Command is "SETFLASHVAR;TIMER;2"
Reset Command is "SETFLASHVAR;TIMER;3"

Right Click and Save Target As
