Does the program run now? What are the symptoms? You mention another thread, but you never let us in on what thread, or what symptoms you're actually seeing. Fscking christ people, read the beginning post and ATTEMPT TO ARTICULATE THE PROBLEM SO WE DON'T HAVE TO READ YOUR MINDS. Installing and uninstalling is a completely different realm than the application's workings, and we really have no time to mess with problems with InstallShield right now. Incidentally, uninstalling / reinstalling is mostly a futile waste of time.

Here's how to manually uninstall / reinstall the app without ever invoking Add/Remove Programs.

1) Run unregger.exe in the program directory
2) Deleting all the .ini, .lst and .m3u files in your program directory
3) Delete tags.mdb
4) Double click mediaengine.exe and it will prompt you about registering the activex exes three times

Sorry that didn't make it into the readme - it should have.
