it really has nothing to do with an insurance company. I can tell you this.. if you get in an accident and the other person gets a money grubbing lawyer and if that lawyer finds out you have a computer screen (not OEM screen) in your car and it COULD have been on they WILL come after you. I know judges and troopers that have been through many cases like this where people have just the flip out dvd screens in their cars and they were held part responsible even though they said in court that only mp3s were playing. The lawyer somehow proved that a dvd could have been playing cause there were dvd's cases opened in the car when the accident happened.
