Iso9141 and ISO14230 are bothe forms of odbII
so yes this car does have odbII.
obdII comes in these following forms:
VPW: Ford
PWM: GM
Iso: most other cars (including some chrysler)
i have 3 odbII scantools, 2 (iso) from scantool.net and 1 universal one (is just got today) from obddiagnostics.com
i have used them on a bunch of different cars from acura to volvo (have a perfomance shop and use them for diagnostics)
