I am selling my car, and my next car is not going to be able to accomodate the 10.4" touchscreen setup, so I am forced to put it up for sale. It is currently still in the car, but tommorrow (Sunday the 7th) I will remove it and take some pictures of it.

3M DynaPro serial touchscreen controller
VGA-> LCD converter (can't remember brand, will post it tomorrow)

EDIT: Ok, I removed the screen from my computer, here are the pictures. In the one with the close-up of the screen, the scratches in real life aren't as bad as they look in the picture, but they are there, when the screen is on, you cannot see them at all.

Above is a close up of the screen, the stuff around the edges is just scotch tape I used to secure the Touch-Overlay to the screen itself, you can easily remove it if you want. And those scratches don't look nearly as bad in real life, and aren't even visible when the screen is on.
