hey aaron, I think that TVout is ONLY 640x480.

I have an all in wonder, and I seem to recall the manual saying that tv's will only accept 640x480, unless its HDTV

BTW, im visiting my really cool uncle who just bought a 52 inch HDTV, and it is friggin awesome. its got 2 SVGA inputs, no converter card needed. its also got some USB ports on it, but I havent figured out what they are for yet.
