I've check out the trafficmaster, I've got a subscription and looked a little before but got nowhere.

Weel I don't know if you've tried VOICES that SilentAdmirer is developing, but the idea is that VOICES will have this feature built in and adjust it's route accordingly.

The main data sources I think that are needed now though are outside the UK for Europe and US etc as the only thing better than the current data for the UK would be the TrafficMaster data as well
