Can you imagine the mess we would have if we had all small parts just laying around without packages? Like finding a needle in a haystack. And in your country the radioshack's are franchise stores, so they can sell whatever they want, charge whatever they want, and do whatever they want. Hey guys we must be doing something right to be in buisness since 1921. And I could go on for days about the stupid stuff I get from customers every day. Would you expect someone to refund a 6 foot coax cable purchased in 1995?
