@muldrick, you most likely will be able to use the mainstream version of Windows XP (any version that is, not just Tablet Edition), but I doubt that this is a good idea. Sure this Tablet has 400 mhz and 192 megs of RAM, but it still might not be fast enough. I suggest you install Win98 SE, it's a good operating system. Besides, it wouldn't matter what OS you have on the tablet - you will be controlling your big PC and seing the big PC's screen. So if you have XP on the big PC, you will be seing XP on the Tablet
Congratulations on your buy. This looks like a good piece. In fact, you could easilly use it as your carputer just by itself without the big pc in your trunk. I would probably do that
The best thing is that if you decide to incorporate wireless control, you will be able to control your car's PC even outside the car with virtually any computer that has wifi and necessary software installed
You could buy one of those "Basic Interface Devices" and make your PC control your car's locks, windows, lights, etc. You could have that Tablet act as your car keys
