Thanks for the input.

Are you running the memory in dual channel mode or single channel? Those things are finicky, but usually only when you try unmatched ram sticks in dual channel mode. I'm only planning on single channel. I guess I could get PC2700 memory and save $4, but I figured I could always clock it down and add stability. And for $4, who cares? It was memory bus issues that initially made me consider a miniATX over an EPIA solution when I saw that EPIA uses PC133 memory, I got the impression that it probably sucks at multimedia.

Would you think that if you got the m10000 you wouldn't have that mpeg2 hardware acceleration problem? And when you say that if you had to do it again you would get an XPC or IWILL, does that mean you would use one of those over an EPIA in a car or are you talking about for the media PC in the play room?

Wait, I just noticed that the MII 10000 DOES have DDR. I think I'll just get that, then. Thanks for the input.
